Chad E. Kirschenblatt, MBA – Managing Partner

Chad Kirschenblatt

Chad joined JRS Financial Services, LLC in 2010, as the Managing Director of Accounting Services. In January 2015, Chad became the Managing Partner of JRS Financial Services, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm. Chad is registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) as a Financial and Operations Principal “FINOP” (Series 27).

Chad is a graduate of the Lubin School of Business Administration at Pace University where he earned an M.B.A. degree in Accounting and International Business. He is also a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder where he earned a B.S. in economics.

Prior to joining JRS, Chad held senior financial positions within the financial services industry. Most recently, Chad was the Director of Finance for Instinet, LLC a self-clearing U.S. agency Broker-Dealer with gross revenues in excess of $400M and assets in excess of $800M, where he managed financial and regulatory operations. While at Capstone Holdings Group, LLC, Chad was the Head of Finance and FINOP responsible for directing the financial management functions for a multi-strategy proprietary trading firm that trades equities, fixed income, and commodities through five companies in three countries with gross revenues in excess of $45M. He assisted in the growth of the business from a proprietary trading firm into $1Billion offshore hedge fund with global investors.

Marc H. Stoltz, CPA – Founder & Director – President Emeritus

Marc is the founding member of JRS Financial Services, LLC which was established in 1988. Since starting JRS, Marc has provided consulting services to hundreds of firms in the securities industry.

Marc is a graduate of the Bernard Baruch School of Business Administration of the City University of New York where he earned a B.B.A. degree.

He began his career, in 1969, with Price Waterhouse in New York. He also held several senior financial positions within the financial services industry prior to starting JRS.

Marc is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, where he has served as Chairman of the Stockbrokerage Accounting Committee from 1993 to1996. He also served on the Accounting and Auditing committee and was formerly chairman of the committee, Cooperation with Investment Bankers and Stock Exchanges. He is also a member of the Financial Management and Operations Divisions of the Securities Industry Association.

Marc has been a frequent contributor at numerous industry conferences and to various publications.

He is registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) as a Financial and Operations Principal “FINOP” (Series 27) as well as having completed the Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination.

Daniel Sakol – Managing Director

Dan SakolDan joined JRS Financial Services, LLC in 2018, bringing over 20 years of management, operational and financial experience spanning the financial services and insurance industry creating and piloting business strategies, providing decisive leadership proven to increase productivity, market expansion, and profitability.

Dan began his career in 1996 and has since developed a broad and deep understanding of the financial services industry, with a focus on Compliance and Operations. In 2006 he started his own Broker Dealer and spearheaded all business operations, including, business development, regulatory/compliance and FINRA/SEC audits. The company was eventually sold in October of 2014. He graduated with a BS degree from Long Island University in Management with a minor in Finance. Dan holds his Series 4, 7, 24, 27, 63, 65, 53, Life and Health Insurance and Property & Casualty licenses.

Leonard A. Hagan – Director

Len comes to JRS Financial Services via a merger agreement with Hagan & Burns CPAs PC (H&B). Len had been a partner of H&B since its inception in January 1993. Prior to forming H&B, he conducted business for three years as a sole practitioner, Leonard A. Hagan CPA, as well as a partner for three years with Bernstein, Bernstein & Hagan CPAs. His securities industry experience came from working for three years with Credit Suisse (now Credit Suisse First Boston). At Credit Suisse, he was an assistant treasurer, responsible for conducting basic accounting research. Prior to this, he was a staff accountant at Ernst & Whinney/S.D. Leidesdorf for 6 years rising to become an audit manager of the firm. He has extensive audit, accounting and tax experience. He has worked with individuals and companies in various industries.

Rosemary A. Burns – Director

Rosemary comes to JRS Financial Services via a merger agreement with Hagan & Burns CPAs PC (H&B). Rosemary had been a partner of H&B since its inception in January 1993. Prior to forming H&B, Rosemary worked for Leonard A. Hagan CPA for two years as a senior staff accountant. She was employed for six years by the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (NASD). Her duties there included managing a staff of seven examiners, conducting field examinations to insure that NASD member firms were in compliance with the applicable SEC and NASD regulations. On a monthly basis, she analyzed the financial and operational condition of more than 140 brokers. When rules violations were uncovered, she either negotiated a settlement or prepared a formal complaint, which was presented to the District Business Conduct Committee for disposition.
